Y12 STABLE FACE OFF workout
Terri Lane decided it was time to take out Passion Heart for a little run before her big race. Placing the reins on Passion as she walked Passion to the track. Terri stopped then gently got onto Passion's back with ease as Passion decided to throw one of her hissy fits and nearly knocked off Terri but, calmed down after reaching the nice turf area. Of course she was greeted by Marissa who came with her to time her run. "Come on now Passion let's not cause a big scene." She said holding tightly onto the reins. Passion was indeed in her moods but, knew why she was here.
Starting in the beginning at the gate Terri got ready tightening up on Passion eyes locked forward as was Passion's. When the gate opened Passion took off with as much stride as she could. Terri moved Passion to the outside as if there were horses on this same track. Passion seemed at a steady pace the same speed in all directions until reaching the middle as her gallop went faster and Terri smiled since she felt like she was flying. Seeing an opening Terri swung her whip in front of Passion's eyes as a sign and Passion's ears flew back as her rhythm changed as did her breathing.
The last turn gave Passion more speed but, she still needed to turn more quicker. Of course, Terri would work on that more but, this workout was for the upcoming stable face off race and so she was getting Passion all warmed up and ready for those other horses. After the finish Terri slid off and gently patted Passion on the side. "Such a beautiful girl." She said and headed back into the stable prepping up.
