July Juvenile Faceoff // July week 4 workout[/center]

Well, the Admiral's Revenge colt was at it again. He would be entered in the last week races of July as well facing off with other top horses. It would be unknown if Ben would race against any of his siblings and time would only tell. The colt had perfect breeding being the son of a Triple Crown winner. After Ben retires in the far future he would produce many good foals in the hope so department.

Chris was the proud jockey of GS Super Charged and handled his every attitude. The colt was ready already pumped up as coming up to the gate. Ben rose his head scratching the turf underneath his hooves. He was also anxious to leave this gate and get on with it. Ben was silent as he ran and Chris could tell the colt knew what he was doing.

Leaving the gate Ben was off with a nicker after leaving the metal holder. He was already at the first turn holding his speed to a minimum closing behind a training horse in front of him. "Easy now Ben not yet buddy." The Jockey said to the incredible animal he was sitting on. The horse seemed to understand him and flickered his ears coming along the back stretch breathing at a normal rate.

The long back stretch was a piece of cake for the 2 year old he breezed it with no hesitation. The turn came up and Ben then turned up his gear and started to go faster gaining speed and stamina the colt was flying down the track and coming down the home stretch Ben booked it taking off like a spooked wild horse. Passing the finish line Ben came to a small halt breathing off.

He was fired up and Ben pounded the ground a couple of times keeping his anger inside. Chris took off his goggles and got off the colts back. "Easy Ben! Your okay, let's save that energy for the race huh? Easy boy." He said grabbing the halter by his mouth pulling his head close to Chris. He rubbed the colt's forehead lightly pulling him off the track after to wash him down for the big race.
