One way or another, I always seem to end up with Impressario's fillies back in the barn. Sometimes I even take them in. I really must pass on this opportunity, though. So Impress The Moonlight is up for sale and is under contract. She has so much potential and has already accomplished a lot already.
Her sire Impressario practically needs no introduction. Through him, she is related to three grade one winners - Born To Impress, Ventura and Italian Ice. Each of these horses were extremely successful over both surfaces in their careers. Just last year, Born To Impress won the Kentucky Derby, Ventura won the Acorn Stakes and Italian Ice won the Canadian Triple Crown. This season, Dare To Impress captured the first two legs of the Turf Triple Crown and may sweep the series! His foals obviously have thus far had extremely successful three year old campaigns, as well as juvenile ones. Pandora has thus far also been doing well. Through her sire, this filly's potential could be limitless.
Her dam Moondance was a fantastic racehorse who capped off her career with a win in the Breeders Cup Classic. Her progeny have not really hit the track just yet, but Moondance hails from fantastic bloodlines herself and has a good record under her.
