Montgomery Acres is offering 5 horses for lease for the remainder of Y17. The person who leases the horse will have the privilege of running the horse through December Week 4 of this year.
What do you get? If you lease the horse, you get a free breeding reserve to that horse to use any year you choose.
If you aren't keeping the horse actively running? I have the right to take the horse back in if I see he/she hasn't been on a consistent racing schedule.
