From the same stable that brought you Touch Up, a horse of only grade five status who has thrown three champion fillies by Year Twelve, comes two more grade five stallions on the edge of a stallion career worth bragging about.
Two important retirements occurred at Witch Creek Stable very recently. Sweeto Cheeto, Like A Cheetah x Sweet Stalker, was retired after his fantastic attempt at steeple chasing. The son of Hall of Fame Sweet Stalker, carries blue blood and will be one of two stallions offered for Witch Creek Stable in Year Thirteen. Sweeto Cheeto looks as though he will throw dual surfaced milers and classic distance horses. The benefits will abound should any breeder consider this kind stallion for the next stud.
Popcorn Blitz made a popular return to Witch Creek where he was welcomed vigorously by the staff. Maggiletti Reynolds and Brookson Wells both became staunch supporters of the rough and tumble sprinter during his stay at Witch Creek. Popcorn Blitz's biggest achievement in his racing career was winning the Boys Festival over Wannabe Hero. The regally bred colt, HOF Speed Demon x Starbucks, is a culmination of brilliance and class. He retires sound and looks to boost Witch Creek's stallion ranks in the sprinting area.
DW Flamekissed is offered to those who will provide a well bred mare with a solid racetrack record. This stud is a sire of one horse on the race track and two exciting weanlings for Witch Creek Stable. Wild Kiss, raced and bred by Stride of Perfection Stables, is a grade two filly finding her stride late in her race career. The bay filly has most recently notched a victory over popular filly Terror Smile in the Wild Flower Memorial Stakes, named after her dam. He has two upcoming weanlings, Brain Trust, out of Finale Slew, took second in the Best Bred Tournament held by Stride of Perfection Stables in the Weanling Classic Turf division. DW Flamekissed's second foal, a flirt of a filly, Summer Romance, out of Ashanti, is making a splash at the barn.
