Forbidden Wings was not an overly impressive racehorse, but she did win the Breeders Cup Distaff in its inaugural running here. As a broodmare, she has proved to be nothing less than prolific and amazing, the top broodmare of SOPS.
Silent Wings - G1, 2x encouragement award winner, won 24 races in her career including the Coaching Club American Oaks, 2x Unicorn Horn Mile, Dubai Filly Cup, Breeders Cup Dirt Mile, Starry Night Stakes, Babbling Brook Handicap and the Starshine Sprint
Pegasus Wings - HoF inductee and one of the most legendary sprinters in the history of the site, won and rewon the majority of the sprinting races each year, rarely if ever placed out of the top two, won clearly over half of his total career starts with 30 wins in 53 races, ended his career as a 3x Breeders Cup winner
Flashy Wings - still racing, G1 and 6x award winner, has consistently been one of the top dirt horses in his division, won the Breeders Cup Juvenile and the Classic as well as the Preakness and Belmont Stakes, Climax Cup, and to date 32 races in 65 starts thus far
Forbidden To Fly - still racing, G1 and 3x award winner, the keystone dirt sprinter at The Wire has won 23 races in 46 starts including the Breeders Cup Juvenile and the Wire Finish Cup Dirt, always consistent and thus far has only lost three times this season
Taboo - prospect, not yet started, still kicking butt in the prospect races
Forbidden Wings' offspring are amazing. She totally deserves this induction.
