Requiem is a cornerstone to the breeding industry. It is through her and her dam Rosalind, that some of the biggest names in the racing industry have been born. While Requiem didn't get much of a racing career, she more than made up for in the breeding shed. Often referred to as the blue hen, Requiem is often a name that you hear about or see in a high-caliber female pedigree and that is with good reason. As of now, Requiem has seven foals on the ground and each bring a unique flavor and leave their marks upon the track. In her breeding career, Requiem has serviced the racing industries top stallions and also some unknown names, but in each case, the foals turn out to be exceptional racers or breeders. This just goes to show the caliber and the impact of Requiem's influence and bloodline as a broodmare. Whether paired with a grade one stallion or even a maiden stallion, Requiem will produce a top of the line horse that will rule on the tracks. It isn't hard to see why this mare has unanimously been voted into the Breeding Hall of Fame.
