The first month of the new year has been promising and while the first week has already passed it'll soon be time for the Unicorn Horn Series to arrive. Nature Blues has entered a few of its horses already however one filly has seeked our interest as her Dam won the series back in Y8. Reflected in Water is a freshman three year old with her first new year race being in the second week of January in January Dirt Stakes. Reflected in Water broke her maiden as a two year old in the last week of July where she had a massive winning streak three times in a row in the last three weeks of July one of which race was the Orchid Cup Fillies.
She become a Grade four just in her juvenile career and placing in the Y13 Eagle Cup, Grade Four Dirt Sprint, and the Y13 Breeders Cup Juvenile Dirt Sprint. Now, She will be entered in the Unicorn Horn Dirt Sprint* where her dam Cry Out Chaos won the series back in Y8. Reflected in Water is the first born of Radiance out of Cry Out Chaos. She is a very unique filly and during this race she will be ridden by her jockey Meredith Hently who only had this to say, "Remi is a very flirty girl however I have never seen a horse just throw all out like she does. We run her one race she just runs faster the next but, each horse needs a break and we give it to her even if she hates it. I see greatness from her and she will definitely keep her ways natural." Said proudly by jockey Meredith Hently.
Remi is a natural born star and while she has a lot of races to go until the Triple Crown we are proud to see another filly take on the colts. She has her father's spirit but her mother's vivid stubborness that can drive anyone mad. Goodluck Remi and to all other stables.
