Personality: Adelle is the one you want to be around. She's sweet, with an intelligent eye and a friendly disposition. She'll greet you with what has been dubbed the "Goober Face", in which she stretches her head all the way out of her stall and sideways to greet you, and it is also her chosen method of begging. She isn't fussy, but she likes to be a part of the action, even if it just means watching horses and people go by all day long. She doesn't like a quiet atmosphere, it is the only time when she'll start pacing for lack of something to attract her attention. She is highly food motivated, but also just extremely willing.
While lively and interested in general, she is an absolute firecracker on the track. All the excitement sends her adrenaline level's through the roof, and unless there is a race to be had, you'd be lucky if she doesn't throw a few bucks during a workout. She also has a tendency to be wiggly, and as she has no favorite place on the track, she is liable to bounce her way from side to side like a ping pong ball if left unchecked, and whether she is bouncing off the rail or other horses makes no difference to her. She also prefers to assess situations before rushing into them - she isn't the type to flat out sprint when left to her own devices. She likes to get a feel for the other horses, and likes to take time to find her stride properly before she settles in for the long haul.
Adelle is brave, and with the right rider, she will be nothing short of a star. She packs one hell of a punch when unleashed at the right time, and given the right aids and time, there is little she won't do. Focus can be difficult for her, but once she's in the right mind she runs with a passion unmatched by any other breed.
