Personality: Tyler is not a sociable horse - he very much keeps himself to himself in the pasture, and very rarely approaches the handlers and other staff. His quiet, distant nature makes him different from most of the world around him but there is no way to ignore his quiet elegance and intelligence. The thing is, he is not only intelligent but clever enough to know how to use it to his advantage - when to nuzzle to get that extra treat, when to stay back.
This colt watches the world and analyses it - everything he does is measured, calculated and when he makes a mistake he learns from it. This makes keeping him occupied quite the test - using the same tricks time and time again just won't work. You have to constantly evolve with him to stand any chance with him.
Tyler is a big, powerful horse. He wasn't raced as a juvenile to allow him time to grow and develop as well as to further his training on the track. He could easily use his size as a weapon, but is in general a gentle giant - he can be pushy at times but has never hurt anyone and has yet to show aggression toward other horses.
