Meredith Hently was dreading the day that the first crop of Gamble on Peace would hit the tracks and thus far it has happened, Sophie's Harmony grew to be a beautiful chestnut based grey filly with the looks of her mother and the stature of her sire. Much to anyone's beliefs that this filly would be nice and pretty was in fact wrong with her bossy nature she tends to bite when the company is not needed and likes to try to ache the nerves of her fellow humans. Harley would race in the sprinters division as a strong closer it made her fall from the gate dead last to start to savior her energy for the best of the track unlike her fellow stablemate Dogma.
Dogma was a darkened red Chestnut sired by The Underdog out of Noalla, his lines would need time to develop and mature as his sire making a debut as a freshman stud. The colt would be familiarized through his half brother Noadiance entering into stakes races would become his specialty. Unlike Harley, Digs would push for the distance and could greatly save his own energy til the last length of the track as a closer.
Meredith eased the grey filly out first who seemed rather sassy about her first time out to the fact her tail rose and her ears pushed forward to the nipping at the colt beside her. Surely, Dogma stood there with his ears pinned and kicking the ground below him Lawrence had noticed the dominant streak the colt developed to his juvenile season and would need to work on his manners but it was expected with the lines of War Admiral in his blood.
Digs slowed the pace out with Harley matching his pace trying to slow him down with every inch. Harley pushed the same style as her Sire, Gamble on Peace was quite the racer many knew him just as much as they did Sophie Might. They would not run through the full length furlongs instead this was a trial run Digs sprouted with the run lasting out Harley with no hustle. Dogma soon pushed passed Harley with his stamina arising to the surface he took the lead from Harley within an instant, perhaps it was a mishap to place a distance runner with a sprinter but that never became an issue in most workouts.
Harley sped up to her advantage only to stray behind Dogma by two lengths without the strong determination Harley would have not cared with her stubborn nature. This was the start of a new season and a new generation these would be good times for sure.
