Everyday Hero
Winner of 17 races, Everyday Hero was inducted into the Hall of Fame. As a created horse back in old racing days, he only recently came to North Diamond Manor after several owners. A good majority of members have a foal from him, with his last foal on the ground this year for NDM, with a final grand total of 13 progeny and 2 grand progeny. Several of his foals have had smaller racing seasons, and despite this they still have pulled off high class wins and graded up, which only proves the talent he has passed to them. His offspring have done well at varied ages in racing, also proving the variety he is capable of siring. Even though he still has many foals racing and getting prepped for racing, I feel based on the six grade one winners he has produced has earned him a place in the Breeding Hall of Fame.
Progeny
Vindictive Fury (Out of Rising Fury) - Grade One winner of 23 races, she had a first, second, and third in Breeder's races in addition to a second in Kentucky Oaks and Dubai Filly Cup, and places in the Preakness Stakes and Dubai World Cup, with a total of 14 HOTY victories.
Strictly A Hero (Out of Strictly Speaking) - Grade Three winner of 8 races, Strictly Speaking did not get full seasons, so I feel that he had larger potential than opportunities given to him. His colt Constitution (Out of Lady Liberty) will have a juvenile year next season.
Wish Upon A Star (Out of Warm Wishes) - Grade One winner of 26 races, she took off in her five year old season with 9 HOTY wins including Breeder's Cup Turf Marathon. With a second and third in Breeders in others years, as well as a second in the Oaks Stakes, third in Duchess Stakes, and fourth in Cotillion Stakes she really shaped up in her last two seasons.
Everyday Smile (Out of HOF Euphoria) - Another offspring with smaller seasons, Everyday Smile is in her last year of racing (I believe). With 10 wins so far despite less time on the tracks, she won 4 HOTY in 6 total wins in her juvenile season. She did not place out of top two her juvenile year except in Breeder's where she placed 4th. If she is given time on the tracks and proper management I feel hopeful she will reach grade one.
Majestic Hero (Out of Amazing Grace) - Winner of 15 races Majestic Hero has also reached Grade One status with only 42 total races run. Although he only has 4 total HOTY wins, his record is nothing to sneer at. Consistent in his placings he was a dependable undercard runner with a smattering of HOTY exposure. His first foal is due Y17.
Wishing for a Heroine (Out of Warm Wishes) - 14 wins out of 38 starts, this mare has proven her talent the past few seasons. She won the Kentucky Oaks, and proved herself a solid undercard winner with the ability to pull off HOTY wins as well.
Dragonheart (Out of Made In Mahattan) - So far Dragonheart has won 4 races. He unfortunately lacked much of a three year old season, but given a good solid 4 and perhaps 5 year old year I feel he will be able to blossom for his owner based on other siblings later in life success.
Taboo (Out of Forbidden Wings) - No one can deny the talent in this girl, reaching Grade One as a three year old! Her wins include Jazzman Miler's Challenge, Red Hedeman Mile, ALTLUT Stakes, Butter Cup Sprint, and the Coronation Stakes. With two thirds in Breeder's she has only placed out of the top three twice in her racing career so far. Her upcoming season(s) will be one(s) to watch.
A True Hero (Out of The True Nut) - Another late bloomer, I had he pleasure of leasing A True Hero for a while. This boy is loaded with untapped talent, and like siblings before him I believe he will greatly improve as his ages. He is entering his three year old season with four wins under his belt.
