Akuma is usually quiet. Not quiet as in easy to ride, friendly or laid back, but quiet as in he doesn't have much to say. That's about all the 'quiet' word applies to with Akuma. This colt has a silent, deadly air about him that has the ability to send full grown men and stallions running. There's a lot more to Akuma than meets the eye, though. He has a soft spot for his the humans of the female gender, but never men. Until this brawny colt suffered an injury that nearly ended his career, Akuma didn't put out a great deal in his racing. He was usually more interested in taking down any horse that tried to past him, which usually resulted in a top four placing. But sometime during his recovery, Akuma seemed to realise who he was, and what he could achieve if he put in the necessary effort. He's still a brawny beast, but now he realises that racing isn't just about who is fastest, or strongest, but who comes out in first.

She was bred in Y10 by Triple Krown Racing, who went inactive and so the filly was lightly raced her juvenile and classic season. Purchased by her current owners in the middle of her classic season, she began to round out into the Grade One winner she is now, with fifteen victories to her name.[BREAK][BREAK]

She retired with thirteen wins to his name and was the winner of the BC Juvenile Fillies*, BC Distaff*, the Matron* & Humana Stakes* among others. He's batting 100% for all of his progeny and they have shown that even under adverse or unusual conditions, they have what it takes to make their mark.
