Project to streamline/simplify HOTY nominee Process.
[X] Copy code below and post in code format, being sure to post link to your horse.
[X] To nominate a horse for the open categories, it must have 4 HOTY wins
[X] For juveniles, they must have 2 HOTY wins to be considered
[X] For special qualifications for certain categories, see underneath each category.
[X] No more than two horses per member per category
[X] Copy code of previous person, make sure you copy everything and don't post at the same time as another member. It could cause nominations to be incorrect.

After everyone nominates their horses using this form, we will take the top 3 points earners and put them in a poll. This will streamline the nomination form for staff in the future and allows us to create simple polls (rather than make 30 threads telling you the qualifications needed to be nominated) in the Y16 nomination thread.
